Event Details

Delicious dinner wines and dessert wines - raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, and the famous cranberry - all pair incredibly well with chocolate, chocolate influenced desserts, and open a complete new chocolate box of entertainment. This pairing goes far beyond wine and chocolate - with tips and treats, including tea, coffee, and the famous sangria.

The wines are 100% grape free and are made from local British Columbia fruit.  Fort Wine Co. make delicious wines that are simply enjoyed by the glass, or paired with fine cheeses and a variety of appetizers and entrees. Fort Wine Co. wines are that secret ingredient to the best Sangria and the best Martini’s you’ve ever tasted!

With an abundance of cranberries and an entrepreneurial drive, the winery was founded in 2001 by tugboat captain & cranberry farmer Wade Bauck. With positive feedback of the first cranberry wine, the varieties expanded to include other local berries such as blueberries and raspberries. Nine years later, with the support of friends and family, the Fort Wine Co. now produces 11 different wines while supporting local berry farms and fruit farmers all over British Columbia.

Join the Fort Wine Co Friday November 5, for two seatings. Tickets Limited to 25 per seminar. Includes wines, chocolate, tea, coffee and desserts.
